Cloudflare-hosted assistant accessible through @Hotmail67_bot.
Goal
Build a Telegram assistant that can answer technical questions, present service menus, accept supported documents and retain limited conversation context.
Architecture
Telegram Webhook → Cloudflare Worker → Workers AI → D1 SQLite Database. Admin Dashboard and scheduled HTTPS checks are separate operational capabilities.

- PDF text extraction and answering a reference-code question

Boundaries
This case study reflects iterative development and test results, not an audited production uptime or claimed enterprise customer deployment. Network monitoring may require external checks. Keep token and admin passwords server-side.
